Alliance Ireland has provided Primark with a property Maintenance Service of its stores in Ireland over the past twenty years. Under the direction of this proprietor Mr. Richard Sutton, Alliance have competently delivered the levels of service, expertise and flexibility necessary to keep our stores safe, trading and looking good.

In addition to reactive and planned maintenance, Alliance has completed many projects including major conservation work to our head office in Dublin. Mr Sutton’s personal and proactive involvement in the management of such projects has ensured their completion within programme and budget.
